I had the pleasure of having Amrish as my French teacher during my A-Level years, and he is truly one of those teachers who leaves a lasting impression.

What I appreciated most was his unique teaching style. I still remember how he would break down French comprehensions word by word, explaining not only their meaning but also the Latin origins of certain words. His explanations were always clear, precise and engaging, making even complex texts easy to understand.

Beyond his teaching skills, Amrish was always approachable, patient and supportive. Thanks to his guidance, I achieved an A in French at A-Level, something I remain incredibly proud of.

I am truly grateful to have been his student and would wholeheartedly recommend him! 🫶🏻

I had the privilege of being taught by Mr. Amrish from the age of 15 through to 18 while preparing for my school certificate and HSC exams. Now, more than a decade later, I still remember his exceptional teaching and the positive impact he had on my learning journey.

From the very first day of tuition, I was truly inspired by his mastery of the French language, particularly his rich vocabulary and ability to engage the entire classroom of over 30 students. He helped build my confidence in French throughout those important years of study.

"Monsieur Erriah" is how I remember addressing him in class. He is one of the most humble and supportive tutors I have ever had.

The fact that I still remember his influence so fondly after all these years is a testament to the remarkable teacher and person that he is.

I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to learn French.

Amrish is an incredible teacher. His extensive teaching experience really shows in how he approaches every student differently - he has a gift for meeting you at your current level and then guiding you toward your goals, whatever they may be. His lesson plans are engaging and effective, clearly the product of years of refining what actually works.

What sets him apart, though, is how much more you get than just the language. Depending on where you are in your French, conversations naturally drift into the etymology of words, and from there into the cultures and histories behind them. In my case, that meant learning about various Greek myths of transformation - all sparked by a vocabulary word! Every lesson ends up being a rich cultural experience as much as a language one which I find keeps you engaged and coming back for more!

Highly recommend this teacher if what you are looking for is French lessons that will keep you coming back for more!

Monsieur Amrish is a very attentive and dedicated teacher who always goes above and beyond to ensure the success of his students. He is someone who genuinely wishes not only for his students to succeed academically, but also to succeed in life. I still remember how he would make time to speak with his students and their parents to make sure they were on the right path.

What I remember most fondly, however, is his passion for teaching. His vocabulary was exceptional, and I remember my copybook being filled with new words. Almost every word he wrote on the whiteboard came with a definition, an extended meaning, or even a story behind it. I can still picture the whiteboard covered with words, explanations, and notes, and I remember how much I enjoyed discovering something new in every lesson. Those little details may have seemed ordinary at the time, but they stayed with me long after I left his classroom.

A teacher can teach a subject, but a truly remarkable teacher leaves a lasting impression on the person they teach. Monsieur Amrish is that kind of teacher, and I am grateful to have been one of his students.

I know it will sound cliché for a comment but Mr Amrish is, for real, the best French teacher I’ve ever had. When he first started teaching at Sir Leckraz Teelock State Secondary School.. i think in the 2009- 2010-ish he was a sensation. We were hearing about him from all the other students about how amazing he is but he was not my assigned full time French teacher at that time.. Then one day, our French teacher was absent and Mr Amrish appeared as our substitute teacher for that day .. And mark my words .. hearing him speaking for the first time was as if I was hearing God speaking French.. The scintillating words I never heard before .. and I can speak French !! but on that level .. I was blown away!!! Of course Mr Amrish did a crash course for us, in just 3 hours, that covered the entire term’s syllabus… that’s how I remember Mr Amrish.. Ever since, we have always knocked at his door for his lessons and he would never say no .. he is the best French Teacher in the World ️

I learnt French under his guidance for six years and it was rewarding. I got excellent results for both my 0-levels and A-levels which enabled me to pursue my legal studies at Middlesex University. I am currently studying LLM Commercial Law at UWE Bristol in the UK. I believe that his unique teaching style combines a perfect balance of professionalism and personal development of his students. I would therefore highly recommend him if you want to master the French language.

Amrish is a knowledgeable, well-organised and committed teacher. Indeed, he holds his students' interest at heart and does his best to help them in their learning process. I would highly recommend him as an exceptional French teacher.

One of the very best to inspire you to learn classy French, with a profound understanding and immense variety of synonyms, expressions and even reference to Latin words.
