About Dima
I am an administrator, a teacher and have worked in customer service. but my passion is food. I am from the middle east from mediterranean country and there we have a very wide kitchen with many different ingredients and spices. Cooking food is an art, please join me to know how to blend those different ingredients and spices to get different and super delicious taste.

My teaching method is very simple and depends a lot on student choices and what he / they want to cook. I focus on Middle Eastern cuisine and there are some recipes that are more difficult than others and there I describe a lot and let the student try to taste and do simple tricks to get the students to be inspired by cooking and be creative. I always give a recipe to make the process easier and more fun. Cooking should be fun and you can enjoy the whole experience.
