About Julie

Originally from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, I had the opportunity to live in Lisbon, Portugal, before currently settling in Lyon, France. My multicultural background has allowed me to appreciate the richness of the Portuguese language as well as the Portuguese and Brazilian cultures. I am very excited to share this experience with my students, offering them an authentic insight into these fascinating cultures. Whether through language, music, gastronomy or traditions, I strive to transmit my passion and to introduce the beauty of the Portuguese heritage to all those who are interested in it.

About the lesson

Here is a more detailed text on the type of courses you offer:

My lessons are completely tailored to each student's goals and interests. Whether you want to improve your conversation skills, prepare for an exam, or deepen your cultural knowledge, I design personalized lessons to meet your specific needs.

My approach aims to transform the classroom into a true learning environment. I use a variety of cultural resources—such as articles, videos, and songs—to make each session not only engaging, but also effective and fun. Through this method, students can better understand the language in its cultural context, which enriches their learning and motivation.

I am committed to creating an interactive atmosphere where each student feels comfortable expressing themselves and asking questions. My goal is to make each lesson a unique and enriching experience.
