About Qin
I was trained as an interpreter and translator at graduate school, and am versed in both English and Chinese. I am a Chinese native. I taught Chinese for some years in my spare time. There has been quite an amount of misuse of Chinese in the recent years/decade. I would like to teach the correct Chinese!

My teaching methodology is mostly teacher-centred with encouragement of student creativity, since the student, after all, is not aware of the correct Chinese to speak. I use lecturing, explanation, demonstration, discussion. I encourage student to memorize, recite, which have been proven effective among native Chinese speakers during their learning Chinese since birth.
