About Amara
My only priority - seriously - is helping you get to a place where math is no longer scary or hard.
I tutor because I like to help people understand things. Through my years as a tutor I've been fortunate enough to gain countless hours of experience finding the best ways to make things make sense. Ultimately, it brings me so much joy just to be able to use that to help others succeed as well.

We'll backtrack as far as we need to get to the point where you do understand. Then, we'll talk at your pace using everyday words & examples about how that step leads to the next, then the next, then the next... eventually, we always end up at a point where you can explain it to a classmate.
