• Kukkiwon-certified 4th Dan Black Belt in Taekwondo
• Over 10 years of Taekwondo training experience with a competitive sparring background in Korea
• Gold medalist at the Gyeongsangbuk-do Student Taekwondo Competition (Korea)
• Experience teaching and mentoring students in training environments
• Currently training in Taekwondo-based mixed martial arts and practical striking

Lesson Content

• Taekwondo techniques (kicking, footwork, combinations)
• Poomsae (forms and movement control)
• Pad training and kicking drills
• Sparring and tactical training
• Strength and conditioning for Taekwondo

Class Structure (60 minutes)

1. Warm-up and dynamic stretching
2. Fundamental Taekwondo techniques
3. Poomsae training
4. Pad work and kicking drills
5. Sparring practice (optional depending on level)
6. Strength and conditioning
7. Cool-down and stretching

* MMA-based striking training can also be offered for advanced or interested students.
