About Krithk

Hi, I’m Krithk Dhandia, a senior at The Bronx High School of Science with a 4.0 GPA. I’m passionate about helping students feel confident in their learning. As captain of both the varsity debate and cricket teams, and the founder of two startups, I bring leadership, patience, and strong communication skills to every lesson. I focus on creating a supportive, encouraging learning environment where students can ask questions, make mistakes, and grow. My lessons are tailored to each student’s pace and goals, whether it’s improving grades, preparing for exams, or mastering new concepts.

About the lesson

As a tutor, I focus on making every lesson personalized and engaging so students not only understand the material but also build confidence in their own abilities. I believe in breaking down complex concepts into clear, step-by-step explanations and using real-world examples to make learning practical and memorable.

Teaching Method & Techniques:
I start each session by assessing a student’s current understanding and identifying gaps. From there, I use a mix of visual aids, problem-solving exercises, and Socratic questioning to encourage critical thinking. I also create custom practice problems and review notes to match their learning style, whether visual, auditory, or hands-on.

Typical Lesson Plan:

Quick check-in and review of previous material (5 minutes)

Introduce new concepts with clear explanations (10 minutes)

Interactive practice through problems, examples, or discussion (25 minutes)

Recap and set achievable goals for next session (5 minutes)
