One good way to enable positive thinking is relatable conversations. I would give enough room for socialization. We would play games that can add an advantage. Assignments would definitely be given but don't worry you will enjoy doing it. I will make sure the classes and the assignments given will not be boring. I will create and environment that everyone is comfortable expressing and being themselves. Judgements Free!
