About Olivia
I am someone who is genuinely passionate about helping students achieve the very best grades they can and reach their full academic potential. I’ve always been fascinated by geography, politics, and psychology, and I enjoy sharing that enthusiasm with others in a way that makes learning engaging, clear, and confidence-building. Teaching allows me to combine my love for these subjects with my drive to support students—whether they need help understanding challenging concepts or want to push their skills to a higher level. I’m committed to creating a positive, encouraging learning environment where every student feels capable, motivated, and proud of their progress.

I have hands-on experience mentoring both Year 11 and Year 12 students, supporting them through their A-levels and GCSEs and helping them tackle challenging topics. Through this, I’ve learned how to adapt explanations for different stages of understanding and how to build students’ confidence in subjects that often feel overwhelming at first. My approach is flexible, structured, and always tailored to what each student needs most. A standard session lasts 60 minutes, which allows enough time to review previous material, introduce new concepts, and practise skills. For younger learners or those who prefer shorter sessions, I can also offer 30- or 45-minute lessons. My lessons are suitable for students of all ages and levels, but I especially enjoy helping: Beginners who need clear explanations and strong foundational skills Intermediate learners working through key Levels Advanced students preparing for assessments or tackling more complex topics Year 11 & Year 12 students who want focused support in specific subject areas.
