About Shandra
I am a speed swimming coach, who will have a bachelor of science degree in kinesiology (BSc Kinesiology) in December, 2019. I have assisted in anatomy labs, helping students with knowledge of the anatomical body; through my degree, teaching anatomy allowed me to gain a deeper understanding of how the anatomical body is affected by healthy eating.

My teaching methods are flexible. I assess how the student best learns, and adjust accordingly. I can show them how to do certain things, explain it, then get the students to do it themselves. The best way to learn is through engagement!
