About Eve

Hey, I'm Eve

I believe in the power of sunshine, iced coffee walks and booking another holiday if all else fails :). I found Pilates after undergoing an intense operation in 2019, I could no longer workout how I always had & my body seemed to be fighting against me. During the pandemic I started doing Pilates youtube tutorials, for the first time since falling sick, my body started to respond. I gained muscle, energy and clarity and the best part ; I started to like my body again, not because it was changing ( although that was a small part ) but because I had found a practice that truly made me glow, made me feel like I was good enough and was mine completely to enjoy, fail at, try again at & come back too. This is the essence of what Pilates did for me, I want to share with other women.

But if none of that interests you - I'm an Aquarius, wannabe island girl & lover of afro beats.

About the lesson

My Classes are designed for women to allow them to cultivate an inner and outer glow. Through deepening their connection, appreciation and joy associated with their body & their practice.

I combine both dynamic movements and traditional Pilates techniques to create workouts that will feel GOOD. Positive affirmation and meditative moments are incorporated throughout the class, as it's really important to me to leave my clients feeling like they can take on the world ( right after their Pilates class).

I trained with Stott Pilates in 2021 to complete my instructor training, since my qualification I have taught in both London and Sydney, building a wealth of clients and trust.
