About Unteal
I am passionate about teaching kickboxing because it not only promotes physical fitness but also instills discipline, confidence, and self-defense skills in my students. I believe in empowering others to lead healthier, more confident lives through the practice of kickboxing.

In kickboxing, I will teach a combination of striking techniques using punches, kicks, elbows, and knee strikes. Additionally, I will focus on footwork, defensive maneuvers, proper form, conditioning exercises, and partner drills to help students develop their skills and improve their overall fitness level.
