About Zachary
I enjoy making piano lessons enjoyable, practical, and easy to understand for college students. With 12 years of teaching experience, I help students develop strong musical skills while building confidence in their abilities.
My teaching style combines patience, communication, and active participation. I explain every lesson in simple English and use demonstrations that make learning clear and effective. Students are encouraged to practice consistently.
I use innovative teaching methods including technology-assisted learning, rhythm practice, ear training, listening exercises, and customized assignments. These techniques help students remain motivated while improving technical skills.
Students gain confidence in note reading, scales, chords, finger coordination, posture, rhythm, and expressive playing. I provide regular progress reviews and personalized feedback that supports long-term improvement.
