About Emily
I previously worked at the Kenyon College Writing Center, so I am experienced in tutoring undergraduate writing in a range of different academic disciplines. While at Kenyon, I presented at the Fall 2019 International Writing Centers Association and National Conference on Peer Tutoring in Writing conference in Columbus, Ohio. I partnered with two peers and a Kenyon College professor to present, “Learning to WAC: The Professor Interview as a Tool for Tutoring Across the Curriculum.”
In May 2020, I earned a B.A. in English/creative writing from Kenyon College.

I aim to impart my students with skills and strategies that go beyond a particular assignment and help them to become strong thinkers and writers.
