Perfect! I look forward to our sessions
Her sessions are helping me improve my knee fracture
She designs the exercises with deep understanding of anatomy n required result in mind to improve my range and muscle strength
I could not do SLR but with in first week of exercises I could lift my leg n improve flexibility.
She also gives follow up exercises for the day practice.
Incase of any discomfort she keeps a check on it.
