About Kartik
Whether you are looking to find your voice or find the right chord, I offer a unique, integrated approach to learning. I am a part-time guitarist and English educator with a passion for helping students master "the note"—both written and musical.
With a core understanding of 'Swaras' and linguistic structure, I specialize in the "raw skill" of alignment: synchronizing your voice with the correct pitch and your thoughts with the right words. I may not be the most traditional instructor, but I focus on the intuitive connection between rhythm and speech.
Let’s begin this journey to harmonize your expression, whether it’s through the strings of a guitar or the nuances of the English language.

Phase 1: The Anatomy & Foundations
Before we play or speak, we must understand the build.
Guitar Anatomy: Understanding the fretboard, bridge, and string tension.
English Anatomy: Breaking down sentence structures and the "bones" of grammar.
Basic to Advanced Exercises: Physical finger-dexterity drills paired with vocal articulation exercises to get you comfortable with the "tools of the trade."
Phase 2: Scales & Vocabulary
Precision is the key to clarity.
Musical Scales: Moving beyond the notes to understand the swaras and how they create a roadmap for the fingers.
Linguistic Scales: Expanding your vocabulary and learning the "tones" of English—how to shift from formal to conversational with ease.
Phase 3: The "Niche" – Rhythm & Fluency
Rhythm is the heartbeat of this class. It’s where your soul meets the technique.
The Pulse of Guitar: Intense focus on strumming patterns, syncopation, and "pocket" playing.
The Pulse of English: Mastering the cadence and stress patterns of the English language. We focus on "The Raw Skill"—aligning your voice with the natural rhythm of a native speaker.
Phase 4: Chords & Composition
This is where everything comes together.
Chords: Learning to group notes into harmonies that tell a story.
Composition: Putting your English skills to work through creative writing and expressive speaking, ensuring your voice is perfectly in tune with your intent.
The Class Experience
After completing these modules, you exit the beginner phase and enter the Intermediate Layer. Here, we stop "practicing" and start "performing." You won't just be playing a guitar or speaking a language; you’ll be weaving stories and unlocking your true potential through a beautiful amalgam of music and words.
Are you ready to find your rhythm this weekend?
