About Jyoti
I am a Yoga instructor and therapist. I have educational yoga background, I have done my M.Sc in yoga science from University of Patanjali, Haridwar, Uttarakhand. I believe yoga is more than just a practice- it's a path to discover your strongest self. In my classes, we blend mindful movement with breath to help you release stress, build strength, and embrace the present moment. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned yogi, together we'll create a practice that nourishes your body, calms your mind, and empower your spirit.
