About Fiona

I have been an athlete with GB for approx 5 years, and involved in sport for as long as I can remember. Represented GB and Scotland (I'm Scottish btw!) in rowing. I have worked with individuals, crews and coaches in sports such as rowing, strength, running and in no fitness backgrounds wanting to give it a go! As a sports scientist and current student doctor I feel I can help people reach their goals, no matter how big or small. I know the benefits of a helping hand when trying to achieve health and fitness goals much improves your chances of making them, so that's why I'm here!

About the lesson

I have made programmes for people wanting to start running, making it to a park run, strength development for marathon runners, and also video feedback for crews wanting to make Henley Royal Regatta. I'm all for encouraging healthy lifestyle no matter where your starting point is. I have a lot of experience myself with juggling all the aspects of trying to make goals happen. I want to share my knowledge with you and help make goals and own them! Being a medic and an athlete I also have appreciation in adaptation for health or injury setbacks and goal adjustments. All it takes is a first step. Give me a message to see if we can work something out together!
