I like to interact with people , very friendly , looking towards a common goal to learn about food and the way you should take photos of it to maximize your "picture outcome " my teaching method is showing examples of negative and positive space on your "plate" and how to capture it . and then talk about examples of fine dining plating ( do's , don'ts ,about fine dining plating ) also focus on molecular gastronomy master class ( the science of food ) and health and safety level 1&2. Common food bacteria ( how to prevent it ) ( preservation of food ) & (hot & cold holding of food once cooked )
