About Yona
I’ve been learning Japanese for over 8 years and lived in Japan for 2 years, where I studied (bachelor’s degree) and worked. I love anime, manga, and Japanese YouTubers, so I can help you learn natural, everyday Japanese while sharing fun cultural insights and real-life expressions.

Specializing in both casual and formal Japanese, I’ll help you build practical language skills for everyday life. As someone who learned Japanese from zero through self-study, I understand the challenges learners face and can help you avoid common mistakes, making your learning journey easier, more effective, and stress-free. I’m also familiar with Japanese culture, so you’ll gain not only language skills but also cultural insights for real-life communication.
