About Samarth

I have a broad academic background that allows me to understand and teach Mathematics at different levels. I scored 96 percentile overall in JEE Mains, with 98 percentile in Mathematics, and also prepared for JEE Advanced, where I developed a strong understanding of higher-level Mathematics and problem-solving. Beyond school-level Mathematics, I have studied college-level Mathematics as part of my B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering.

Although my current focus is on teaching students from Classes 6 to 10, I am also comfortable teaching Mathematics at the Class 11 and 12 level, particularly for students looking to strengthen their concepts and build a foundation for competitive exams.

My academic exposure is not limited to Mathematics. During my engineering journey, I have studied subjects such as Physics, Chemistry, Electronics, and other engineering concepts. I am now working as a Software Developer, which has further developed my understanding of Computer Science, programming, logical reasoning, and problem-solving.

This combination of academic and professional experience gives me a broader perspective than a tutor focused on only one level or subject. I can help students understand not only how to solve a problem, but also how concepts connect with logical thinking and their future studies.

I believe this broad exposure helps me adapt to students with different learning needs and interests. Whether a student needs help with school Mathematics, wants to strengthen their fundamentals, is preparing for higher-level Mathematics, or simply wants to develop better analytical and problem-solving skills, I can tailor my teaching accordingly.

About the lesson

My Teaching Method & Approach

I believe that Mathematics becomes much easier when you understand why a concept works, rather than simply memorising formulas and steps. My teaching approach focuses on building strong fundamentals, improving problem-solving skills, and making students confident enough to solve questions independently.

I first understand the student's current level, strengths, and areas where they struggle. Based on this, I adapt my teaching pace and explanation style to suit the individual student.

Typical Lesson Plan

A typical class will include:

A quick revision of previously covered concepts

Explanation of the new topic using simple, easy-to-understand examples

Step-by-step problem solving

Practice questions ranging from basic to challenging

Identifying and correcting mistakes

A short recap at the end of the class

Questions or practice work for the student to attempt independently

My goal is not just to help students complete their syllabus, but to make sure they actually understand the concepts and develop the ability to solve problems on their own.

What Sets Me Apart

I scored 96 percentile in JEE Mains, including 98 percentile in Mathematics, and have also prepared for JEE Advanced. I have completed my B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering and currently work as a Software Developer.

This background has given me a strong foundation in Mathematics and problem-solving. I try to connect concepts logically and explain difficult topics in a way that is easy for students to understand.

I also believe in creating a comfortable learning environment where students can freely ask questions without feeling hesitant or judged.

I currently teach Mathematics for students up to Class 10, including students who want help with:

School/CBSE Mathematics

Building strong mathematical fundamentals

Homework and regular academic support

Exam and test preparation

Improving problem-solving ability

Clearing concepts they find difficult

I can also help Class 11 students with basic/foundation-level concepts and help them build a strong base before moving toward more advanced Mathematics.
