About Ami
My name is Ami, and I was born and raised in Japan. I really love Japanese food and I have about four years of experience as a chef in Japan. I moved to Australia a year and a half ago and am currently preparing to start a small business selling onigiri (Japanese rice balls) at markets and to local cafes. My passion is to share the art of Japanese cooking with others, offering authentic, personalized classes tailored to your needs. Whether you're interested in traditional dishes or something more specific, I'm here to guide you through the process with expertise and care.
In addition to teaching Japanese cooking, I also teach trumpet and Japanese language lessons.
I'm passionate about sharing my knowledge and skills in various areas. I also work at a cafe, which helps me stay connected with the community and enhances my experience in the food industry.
My diverse background allows me to bring a well-rounded perspective to my lessons, whether it's in music, language, or culinary arts. I'm excited to share my expertise and help others learn and grow in these fields!
