About Victoria
Hello! My name is Victoria, and I am a graduate of Dartmouth College with degrees in Neuroscience and Studio Art. I previously worked in surgical research at a Harvard hospital, where I applied my scientific background to real-world medical research. Over the past eight years, I had the privilege of tutoring students of various ages and academic levels across both STEM subjects and English. This extensive tutoring experience has equipped me with the skills and confidence to help students excel in a wide range of subjects. In addition to my tutoring experience, I have a strong academic background, having earned a 34 on the ACT and receiving honors such as the AP Scholar with Distinction award in 2018. During my time at Dartmouth, I was honored as a Neuroscience Honors Recipient and a Studio Art Honors Recipient, reflecting my commitment to the arts and sciences. I look forward to working with you!

My STEM tutoring specialties include math at all levels, from elementary math and pre-algebra to Algebra 1 and 2, Geometry, and SSAT/ACT/SAT Math. I also have many years of experience navigating STEM and academic research, having a degree in neuroscience and experience in clinical research.
I understand that every student learns differently, and I adapt my approach based on individual needs. Some students prefer direct help with homework or class assignments, while others thrive with structured learning plans that focus on specific goals. Whether in-person or remote, my aim is to create an engaging and supportive learning environment that empowers students to excel.
