About Giulia

I am a food lover and I honestly can't remember a day I haven't spent in the kitchen. By the time I was 8 I could bake and cook on my own. I've learned recipes and techniques from my mom or grandma in Italy and since I've moved to the States I'm trying to pass on the real Italian recipes as - unfortunately - I've seen way too often meals that are named after Italian recipes but aren't really Italian and I've decided to use my passion and knowledge to teach Italian cuisine to people that really would like to taste and get to know Italian food without traveling to Italy

About the lesson

My techniques and methods come from the way my grandma and mom taught me. Learning to make amazing food starts with caring about those your feeding!
I am teaching skill sets and always make the lessons easy to follow.
I will teach in English, but I am a native Italian so I'll be able to teach you also Italian proper terminology!
My style of teaching is friendly, informative and precise. Every class I'll teach you a new recipe and tips on how to make it perfect and delicious!
From pasta to tiramisù, from risotto to panna cotta!
