About Erika
I am a passionate Italian teacher, graduated in Italian literature and Didactics of the Italian language and culture for foreigners from the University of Venice.
I have been a tutor for over 8 years, helping my students (from 4 years old on) in subjects such as Italian (grammar and literature), History, English and Art, among others.

I strongly believe in the communicative method, which aims to provide students with the resources to learn and improve their language knowledge, regardless of their starting level, by building a tailored approach that supports the natural learning process.
We will work with various types of materials and sources to make the lesson engaging and useful from multiple perspectives, rather than focusing solely on mechanically memorising words and expressions.
Having fun while learning a new language makes it a wonderful experience for every student. Also, discovering interesting facts about the Italian culture is always a plus!
