I teach Italian with a practical, immersive, and student-centred approach. My lessons focus on real communication, helping students build confidence in speaking while also developing a solid understanding of grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation. I adapt the pace and content of each class to the individual needs of the learner, using a mix of conversation practice, interactive exercises, everyday examples, and cultural references. I also provide personalised materials and small assignments to help students progress steadily between sessions. A typical lesson lasts 60 minutes, although longer 90-minute sessions can be arranged for students who prefer a more intensive approach. During each lesson, I combine structured learning—such as grammar explanations or vocabulary building—with practical activities like dialogues, reading short texts, and listening exercises. My goal is to make every class engaging, clear, and tailored to the student’s objectives. I am a native Italian speaker and have experience tutoring students in languages and IB subjects. Having lived both in Italy and the UK, I understand the challenges English speakers face when learning Italian, and I use this to guide students effectively. My lessons are suitable for all levels—from complete beginners to intermediate and advanced learners. I work with students, professionals, adults, and anyone who wants to improve their Italian for travel, studies, work, or personal interest.
