Italian cooker since 20 years.
I live in Nantes since february 2016 but I can't forget the original Italian recipes that I will share with you with pleasure, such as the most famous Carbonara with her truths and secrets.
My studies followed in 2014 with the rich theory and therefore the practice of Macrobiotic philosophy.
