About John
I specialize in applying a streamlined, accessible, practical approach to the Meisner Technique. Unlike most acting classes in our industry, my class does not consist of exclusively "young actors" ranging 20-40. I have several actors in my studio who have entered this business later in life (60+), thus creating a well-rounded, diverse roster of talent for all to benefit from in terms of scene selection and life experience exposure. I love actors and those in my studio get the very best from me each and every week; I am a working actor myself, and I share my work experiences regularly to help shape my studio's understanding and expectations of this town and this biz.

I invite all inquiring students to sit in on my weekly Tuesday night "Master Class" to get a personal account of the work our actors are doing and my style of teaching. I will also meet inquiring students for a 30-minute coffee to disucss their goals and objectives.
