About Marco
I came to know Yoga 15 years ago while I was traveling in India. Since then I have continued to practice under different teachers and various styles. In 2013 I finished my 500 h training in Rishikesh with Kamal Singh, and since then I have started teaching professionally, in various European locations, in India and Sri Lanka.

Whether it is dynamic yoga (Ashtanga, Vinyasa ...) or slower and meditative (Yin, restorative), each class is highly personalized to respect the needs, limitations and expectations of each student. Sessions usually last between 60 and 75 minutes, with individual classes online
