About Jess
I was born in Johannesburg and started freestyle dancing at the age of six. I later went on to study Musical Theatre at Stageworx Performing Arts School in 2016, where I obtained my LTCL (Licentiate) Diploma through Trinity Guildhall London and graduated in 2018.
My first professional production was in 2019, where I played the role of Sherrie in Rock of Ages at Montecasino’s Teatro. I then went on to perform as Holly in Santa Claus is Coming to Town at Pieter Toerien’s Theatre at Montecasino.
Most recently, I played the role of Agnetha in Dancing Queen – A Tribute to ABBA, touring internationally. I then joined Simply The Best – A Tribute to Tina Turner as a backup dancer, The Taylor Swift Era's tour tribute as a dancer. Michael Jackson Tribute & Neil Diamond Tribute as backing singer which all toured internationally.
I have also appeared in several children’s productions, including Big Bad Musical at the Roodepoort Theatre, Easter Bunny Who? at Gold Reef City, and My Little Pony shows at Sandton City and Carnival City.
I am a passionate performer who continues to evolve and grow as an artist, bringing energy, professionalism, and heart to every production I am part of.

I offer online singing lessons for all levels, from complete beginners to professionals wanting to brush up on their skills. With a strong musical theatre background, my lessons focus on performance while building healthy vocal technique. I teach a range of styles including musical theatre, pop, jazz and more, helping singers grow in confidence, expression and vocal ability.
