I am a master's student at Teesside University, enjoy tutoring young adults to express their emotions and unique self through cooking. Been doing this 3 years. Love to help people and teach them to learn to make different foods from different cultural backgrounds.

I normally do a theory discussion with students and explain what is about to be cooked, its benefit on their health and a bit of history of the food then after, I have a practical session with them online.
