About Karol

I’m Karol! I’m originally from Mexico and just started a new chapter in Sydney. I’m a fitness coach with a passion for functional training and indoor cycling and of course MUSIC! For me, movement is more than exercise. It’s a way to feel good, gain confidence, and enjoy life to the fullest. That’s why I'm working on my new project Move With Karol (MWK) is all about: inspiring people to move, grow, and create a lifestyle that makes them proud. I’m here to build a positive community where we can motivate each other and celebrate every step!

About the lesson

Join my 50-minute HIIT, conditioning, and strength sessions set to the rhythm of the music. Fun, motivating, and effective!

Each class includes a warm-up, progressive circuit, and burn finisher, adaptable for all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced.

I have experience leading small and large group classes, and my goal is to help you move better, feel stronger, and love your fitness journey.
