Strict daily routines, very clear & specific daily, weekly and monthly goals, timed study hours. It's a marathon, not a sprint. Your mind needs time to adapt, so dont expect miracles in anything less than 4 months before the test date. I studied while working in a new job full time so it's possible for anyone who has the motivation.
