Our Location - it’s a perfect bliss of greenery with trees all around and other flora like bamboo ceiling and others, making a perfect location for a body retreat out from the city crowds.
Correct Postures - We have numerous styles of yoga and meditation to choose from. Teachings are based around the five points of yoga - postures, breathing, relaxation, meditation, and diet.
Focusing on correct postures, we do not focus on completing our curriculum but your right practice to Yoga.
Our Peace of Mind Programmes- We believe yoga is more about calming the mind, and not just standing on the head. We also provide customized classes by keeping in mind the need of our visitors.

Perfect! She is excellent, hands down the best yoga teacher I ever had. Guaranteed to break a sweat. You will be more mindful and definitely feeling better after her sessions. I highly recommend her without any reservations. 12/10 stars for her!

Vasundhara is an amazing & dedicated yoga teacher. Her beautiful studio is located in heart of the city in Dehradun, but now you can also have the privilege to do online classes (right now she is having limited seats for online classes). Her yoga classes are a combination of vinyasa with breath work, you will sweat and meditate. Highly recommended as I just did one of her online classes and I got everything I needed, a little bit of work-out to break some sweat, strong stretch in sore muscles and deep relaxation at the end, it was as good as I was in her studio.
