Hi,
Welcome to my ad on Superprof!
My great passion is teaching and observing the development of my students, taking on all the challenges that come along the way. English and Spanish help develop students' sense of ability and self-esteem to be able to communicate better anywhere in the world. Learning foreign languages opens doors for the development of many skills and techniques learned in class. I believe in the potential of non-violent education to change the world. I'm a mother, and with motherhood I discovered positive discipline, non-violent and non-punitive methods and possible alternatives for the behavior that is already expected for each age, learning about the child's brain and how embracing emotions is important, not giving in to behavior of child. Validate each feeling, each difficulty, enter the child's world, in the same way that I try to enter the students' world to understand their learning difficulties or blocks. Doing serious work in early childhood education, with teenagers and even the elderly is a great challenge, but I demonstrate through my work that it is possible to learn a language at any age. I try to contribute with psychopedagogical skills to fully understand each student so that he can develop meaningful tools to listen, speak, write and read in the language he wants to learn and improve.
I am a calm, patient, competent teacher who has had experiences in international schools that allowed me a global and sensitive look at the student's learning as a whole. Each student is a unique being and this exchange is significant in my life, as I learn from them in each class with a rich exchange of content that expands my worldview.
