About Hal
Hi there!
My name is Hal and I’m a band director in NYS.
I hold a bachelor’s degree in music education with specialization in band, as well as a master’s degree in special education.
I’ve been teaching band for many years now and my students have gone to all-county and all-state festivals, gone to college for music, and have expanded their knowledge of music theory.
