About Alvin
I am a senior cs student at Brooklyn College where I also act as a cs tutor/ instructor when it comes to web design, game development, and more. I have experience in teaching/ tutoring in HTML, CSS, JS, Python, Java, and more to HS to college students (one-to-one/ 10-20 students in a group). The goal is to have students be exposed to various programming languages when it comes to app/ web/ game dev including in the tech industry.

I make an assessment of how much the student understands the given subject. Then I gather the necessary resources related to the student's needs such as practice questions and a conceptual overview of the topic.
When it comes to teaching a lesson, I introduce the theory of the topic and introduce practice questions. After that, I may provide an exit ticket to see how much the student retained the information and to see what needs to be reviewed/ improved in the next session.

I could do a physical meeting or remote.
