About Jacob
With a BSc (Hons) in Chemistry from UCLan, my academic journey began with GCSEs followed by a technical qualification in applied sciences. I’ve participated in several postgraduate research programs and have spent over a decade working as a chemist in the manufacturing industry. Currently a member of the Royal Society of Chemistry, I also run mentoring programs for industry professionals and serve as a peer-mentor for the RSC. My passion is helping students connect chemistry concepts to real-world applications, fostering both confidence and curiosity in the subject.
