About Kyum
I am an incoming freshman at the University of Toronto's computer science program.
I have recently finished my grade 12 year, and therefore I have vivid memories of the contents of the courses I am tutoring.
I can help students to prepare for one or more of the following math courses:
- Functions (MCR3U)
- Advanced Functions (MHF4U)
- Calculus and Vectors (MCV4U)
- Data Management (MDM4U)
*these courses are taught at high schools in Ontario, Canada.
These math courses could be challenging, but I believe that with enough practice, students will gain confidence and receive the grades they desire.

Who should take this lesson?
- students who want to learn grade 11 or 12 math courses in advance during the summer
- students who are retaking math courses either in summer school or in future semesters and want to receive a better mark
- anyone interested in taking these math lessons!
Based on each person's desired learning intensity and available period for learning, the workload will vary.
All high schools and teachers have different teaching styles, but I will try my best to arrange a general schedule that could help everyone with their individual needs.
Each meeting, I will teach the lesson in detail with examples (with some helpful tips, if possible!), and students will be given various practice questions and a test at the end of each unit so that they can actually understand the topic and not just memorize how to solve it.
