About Alim
I'm Alim, an incoming degree apprentice who has just completed A-Levels in Maths, Further Maths, Physics, and Computer Science. Being predicted four A*s in these subjects, and having achieved all 9s and 8s at GCSE, I know exactly what it takes to achieve top grades in the current academic landscape.
I have acquired and created a plethora of resources while studying for these exams, namely my flashcards (~3,000 at GCSE and ~5,000 at A-Level), which you will receive as a bonus when we begin our lessons.
I believe in empowering students not just academically, but to become more well-rounded people overall. This can be through advice on UCAS applications, apprenticeships, super-curriculars, and more. I have a lot to offer!
It's impossible to ignore AI and its benefits. That's why I also mentor my students on how to leverage AI tools to 10x their own revision productivity, just as I have done myself.

* I have CURATED GCSE and A-Level CS flashcards (~ 300 for GCSE, ~ 1500 for A-Level), classified by topic which you will receive as a bonus.
* I have a tutorial-style approach to my lessons, which are structured as covering content, then solving questions in regular intervals.
* I understand how unintuitive Computer Science content can be, so my explanations are catered to make topics digestible.
* A typical lesson will be 60-90 minutes.
* I have GCSE grades (concealed information) in Maths, English Language, English Literature, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Computer Science, Geography, German, Physical Education and Religious Education respectively.
* Just completed A-Level exams in Maths, Further Maths, Physics and Computer Science (predicted four A* grades).
* I have tutored students of various abilities, at GCSE and A-Level.
