About Md Amir Nafis
As a full-time sessional leader (SEND) and part-time Lead Learning Assistant in school with a master's in physics, I provide adaptive SEND focus tuition in maths and sign a simplify complex through scaffolded learning creating a patient, inclusive environment where every student builds confidence.

I bridge the gap between complex academic subjects and the unique ways each student learns. As a sessional leader and lead learning assistant, I bring a structured yet flexible approach to maths, physics, and science, ensuring that no student feels left behind.
How I teach
SEND focus adaptation: I specialised in supporting students with diverse learning needs. I use visual aids, broken down instructions, and sensory-aware techniques to make sure every concept is clear and manageable.
 The billing block method: I don’t move on until the foundation is solid whether it’s a tricky physics formula or a basic maths separation I simplify the logic behind it first.
Real-world applications: I use my professional leadership experience to show how science and maths apply to real life, making the subject more interesting and less intimidating.
Safe and encouraging environment: My session or adjustment freedom. I focus on building students' confidence just as much as their subject knowledge.
