About Thueris
Hey! I’m Sebastián, a Design Lead with over 5 years of experience in the field. I’ve had the chance to work with startups, small companies, and big brands here in Toronto—both in fast-paced and corporate environments. I studied Interactive Design at university (where a few of my projects really stood out!) and later completed a design diploma in Ontario. Since then, I’ve been helping teams build real products that people actually use. I also have a portfolio site where I showcase my favorite projects—happy to share it during our session if it helps spark ideas for your own. My style is super relaxed and collaborative. I love helping students grow, get clearer on their direction, and feel proud of their work. Let’s work together to take your portfolio to the next level.

These sessions are made for college and university students working on their UX or graphic design portfolios. I’m here to help you feel more confident sharing your work, whether it’s for school, internships, or job applications.
I prefer in-person meetups (if you’re in Toronto!), but online works just as well. In each session, we’ll walk through your portfolio together—step by step. We’ll explore the thinking behind your projects, the structure of your case studies, and how to improve storytelling in a way that feels clear and natural.
We’ll also dive into:
• How to use typography, white space, and layout to make things shine
• Tips for better responsive design
• How to showcase your work with stunning mockups
• The best no-code platforms to build your portfolio
• Real examples and ideas to improve what you already have
My goal is to support you, guide you, and help you build a portfolio that actually represents your voice and potential as a designer.
