About Mae
Hi! My name is Maeson, and I’m currently studying at the London School of Economics after completing my undergraduate degree in the United States. I’ve always had a passion for learning and connecting with others, which naturally led me to tutoring. I want to teach because I know firsthand how powerful personalised education can be—especially for students who learn differently. As someone who has faced learning challenges myself, I understand the importance of patience, creativity, and support in the learning process. I’m here to help students not just improve their English skills, but to grow in confidence and discover their own voice.

I firmly believe that every student is unique, and their learning experience should reflect that. My lessons are thoughtfully tailored to each individual’s strengths, weaknesses, and learning style. Having personally experienced learning difficulties, I understand how vital it is to create supportive, customised lesson plans that build confidence and understanding. I offer tutoring for both children and adults, and while I’ve previously taught History, I’m excited to now offer English tutoring as well. My goal is to make learning engaging, accessible, and empowering for every student I work with.
