About Katherine
Hi, I’m a native English speaker offering friendly and supportive conversation practice.
I have a background in learning languages, having studied French and German, so I understand how it feels to learn a new language and build confidence speaking. I know that speaking can often feel like the hardest part, even if you understand English well.
I’m patient, approachable and easy to talk to, and I aim to create a relaxed environment where you can speak comfortably without feeling judged or under pressure.
My goal is to help you feel more confident and natural when speaking English in everyday situations.

These sessions are focused on relaxed conversation practice rather than formal teaching.
We will have natural conversations to help you improve fluency, pronunciation and confidence speaking English. You will have plenty of time to speak, and I will gently support and guide you where needed.
We can focus on:
• everyday conversations
• building confidence speaking
• improving fluency and pronunciation
• preparing for real-life situations (work, socialising, daily life)
You are very welcome to suggest topics you would like to discuss, or bring anything from your course or syllabus that you would like extra speaking practice with — I’m happy to adapt each session to your needs.
Sessions are friendly, supportive and at your pace, with no pressure.
Sessions are online and available in the evenings and some weekends. Sessions are available for:
- 30 minutes (£10)
- 45 minutes (£12.50)
- 60 minutes (£15)
