About Justin
I have been tutoring Maths since I was a teenager, successfully improving the understanding and performance of more than 30 students in that time. As my headline indicates, I have had good success in raising the performance of my students by at least one grade e.g. C to a B, and often it is by more than one grade. Usually lessons are conducted on a one-to-one basis at the students home, but I can be flexible.
My name is Justin and I have a Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering from Imperial College London, which has led me to extend my Maths tuition to 1st and 2nd year Engineering Maths as well. My approach to teaching depends on the student. Weaker or failing students typically require patience and motivation to nurture their comfort and confidence with the subject more than anything else.
