About Alexandros
I am a recent Imperial theoretical physics graduate currently pursuing a PhD. I have 5-6 years of experience tutoring maths and physics at A-level and university. I chose to study theoretical physics because I have a drive to understand the world around us and discover something new. As such I am very passionate about maths and physics and I like to transfer that to my students as well.

In lessons I emphasise either understanding of concepts and/or exam preparation. In a typical lesson, I first hear the thoughts of the student about a concept to be discussed or a problem we attempt to solve, and based on that I explain the gaps and give feedback on his thought process. As such, most of my sessions are interactive, but that can be adapted based on the needs of the student and the lesson. I also tend to incorporate humour into the sessions, which most students have given surprisingly positive feedback. My sessions are 55min long.
