About Esha

I'm a 5th year medical student at Imperial College London. I have loved my course so far and can't wait for what is to come. My application process was not too long ago and was also not the smoothest - I had some challenges along the way but nevertheless I was successful in receiving a place at medical school and now I'd like to help other sixth form students do the same. I attended Sixth Form at King Edward VI Handsworth School for Girls, where I studied Maths, Biology, Chemistry and completed an EPQ. My results at school were as follows: - 11 A* at GCSEs - 2 A*s in A Level Maths and Biology - 2 As in A Level Chemistry and EPQ I sat both the UCAT and BMAT, scoring well above average in both, so understand the different requirements both have. After applying, I was successful in receiving interview offers from all 4 of my Medical School choices and have now really enjoyed my time at Imperial!

About the lesson

As a medical student, I understand the hardship of applying for Medicine. Whether it be writing your personal statement, preparing for the UCAT/BMAT admissions tests or trying to figure out how to tackle the interview stage, the process is not easy - which is why I'd like to help. Over the last few years, I have helped many students in all of these aspects and find that having a fellow student to work you through the different stages can make all the difference, I'd like to share my knowledge, and exposure, with future medical students. When it comes to our sessions together, I would tailor each of them to your needs and goals, helping you to create a successful application.
