About Zhixiang
Hello! I'm a passionate and experienced tutor specialising in high school mathematics, computer science, and undergraduate-level computing science courses. Currently pursuing my MSc in Applied Computational Science and Engineering at Imperial College London, I hold a First Class Honours BSc in Computing Science from the University of Glasgow, where I was also an Assistant Demonstrator for modules including Computer Programming, Further Programming, and Algorithmic Foundations. My approach to teaching is student-focused and interactive. I strive to break down complex concepts into clear, manageable steps, ensuring each student gains a deep understanding and the confidence to excel academically. Previously on Superprof, I've successfully supported students through GCSE and A-level Mathematics, emphasising personalised learning plans, exam strategies, and consistent feedback to achieve outstanding results. With practical industry experience as a Full Stack Development Intern and proficiency across numerous programming languages and frameworks, including Python, Rust, Java, and Django, I bring both theoretical insights and real-world applications into my lessons.
