About Marios
I am a Physics MSci graduate from Imperial College London with a strong academic background and a genuine passion for helping students succeed in A-Level Physics. Having previously tutored during my university years, I understand both the academic demands of the subject and the challenges students face when preparing for high-stakes exams.
My main focus is A-Level Physics, where I help students strengthen their conceptual understanding, refine exam technique, and build the confidence required to achieve top grades. I am particularly familiar with the structure and expectations of the UK A-Level system and the importance of mastering past paper questions.
Alongside tutoring, I work professionally in a structured and analytical environment, which has further developed my ability to explain complex ideas clearly and logically. I aim to be patient, encouraging, and results-driven in every lesson.

My lessons are designed to build deep understanding and exam confidence in Physics, not just memorisation. As an Imperial College London Physics MSci graduate with prior tutoring experience, I focus on explaining concepts clearly from first principles, ensuring students develop true intuition alongside strong problem-solving skills.
Lessons are highly personalised depending on the student’s goals, whether that is improving school performance, preparing for A-Level or IB exams, or achieving top grades for university applications. I place particular emphasis on mastering exam technique, working through past papers, and identifying common pitfalls.
A typical lesson lasts 60 minutes and includes concept explanation, guided problem-solving, and exam-style questions. I encourage students to ask questions freely and aim to create a supportive environment where they can build confidence and independence.
