About Girish
I have completed my bachelors and masters from IIT Powai and have been into teaching Physics for JEE Advanced, Olympiads and NEET for more than 8 years. Many of my students have made it into IITs, NITs and govt medical colleges.
For clearing a highly competitive exam a student needs three things
1) Discipline and hardwork
2) Well experienced guide/tutor
3) Strong will power to face the tough preparation requirements.
Having personally cleared the JEE Advanced exam, I am very well aware of the overall scenario that the student faces in such a highly competitive exam and thus I not only teach him/her the subject but also act as a councilor in the ups and downs they face during the preparation.

I first ensure that student develops a thorough understanding of the topic. All derivations and the formulae are thought so that the student can easily remember them. This prepares the student well for the boards.
This is followed with numerical discussion of varying complexity levels. This prepares him/her for the competitive exams.
Regular topic wise tests will be conducted to check his/her understanding.
